BEACON Company, a leading provider of diesel fuel injection system testing solutions, today warmly received an important customer delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The primary purpose of this visit was to conduct an on-site inspection of BEACON's cutting-edge equipment: the BC3000 Diesel Mechanical Pump Test Bench and the CR919 Full-Function High-Pressure Common Rail Test Bench, with the aim of fostering deeper cooperation in the future to collectively enhance diesel system repair and calibration capabilities in the Middle East region.
The Saudi delegation's inspection highlights the urgent global, particularly Middle Eastern, need for efficient and precise diagnostic and repair tools for diesel engines.
With the implementation of Euro IV, Euro V, and even higher emission standards, traditional diesel repair shops urgently need to upgrade their equipment to handle the complex testing and calibration of High-Pressure Common Rail systems and Electronic Unit Injectors/Pumps (EUI/EUP).
During the tour, the Saudi customer delegation highly praised the advanced nature and reliability of BEACON’s equipment.
"The test benches provided by BEACON are not only technically advanced but, more importantly, are intuitive to operate and provide highly accurate data. We believe the BC3000 and CR919 will significantly boost our repair efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Saudi market. We look forward to integrating BEACON's superior technology into our service network." —Procurement Manager of the Saudi Customer Delegation stated.
The delegation showed keen interest in BEACON's BC3000 Diesel Mechanical Pump Test Bench. While specifically designed to handle traditional mechanical pumps (such as A/P/Z series), this test bench integrates modern digital measurement and control technology, ensuring testing precision and repeatability, effectively resolving critical issues like uneven fuel distribution and injection timing calibration.
"While Common Rail is the trend, mechanical pumps still play a vital role in many heavy machinery and engines globally. The BC3000 ensures that our clients, during this transition period, can maintain their existing engine assets to the highest standards." — Technical Director of BEACON commented.
Another key focus of the visit was the CR919 Full-Function High-Pressure Common Rail Test Bench. Its comprehensive features made it a central point of attention for the delegation:
Full System Compatibility: Capable of testing Common Rail Injectors and Common Rail Pumps from major brands (such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens).
High-Precision Injection Volume Testing: Can simulate various working conditions (idle, medium speed, full load) to accurately measure return volume and injection volume.
EUI/EUP Integration: The CR919 offers optional testing functionality for Electronic Unit Pumps/Injectors, enabling multi-purpose use and significantly increasing repair shop equipment utilization and Return on Investment (ROI).
Following the inspection, both parties reached a preliminary agreement on equipment delivery, technical support, and regional training, laying a solid foundation for BEACON's further expansion into the Middle East Diesel System Testing market.
