Introduction

Automatic transmission testing

The BCZB-4 is an automatic transmission testing machine and gearbox test bench. It checks working pressure in each gear, hydraulic control valve operation, transmission temperature and lubrication pressure.

Measurements and connections

The display shows oil pressure, rotational speed, temperature and flow. The bench has six hydraulic test functions, six pressure gauges, six high-pressure hoses with connectors, and one additional pressure gauge. It also has a shift/tester interface, a 24 V supply for the transmission computer, and transmission adapter interfaces No. 1 and No. 2.

Manual transmission testing

Manual transmissions can also be tested. Stop the bench before shifting gears.
