Product Introduction

The CR-C common rail injector tester is an easy-to-operate tool designed to test injector performance effectively. Adopting a Germany-imported PWM control chip, it can accurately simulate ECU driving signals for each test condition, such as pilot, emission, and full load.

It is capable of driving Bosch, Denso, and Delphi electromagnetic common rail injectors. Due to its compact size and light weight, it meets the requirements of repairmen for a simple yet powerful testing device.

For the best testing results, we highly recommend using this device together with the S60H nozzle validator to observe the atomization pattern.

Method of Use:

1. Insert the common rail injector directly into the holder or connect it to an ordinary hand-pressure validator (like S60H) using high-pressure tubing.
2. Select the appropriate plug according to the injector brand and connect the wiring harness correctly.
3. Select the corresponding drive mode based on the injector brand. Listen for the armature suction sound ("pa, pa") from the injector solenoid valve.
4. Continuously press the validator lever to provide appropriate injection pressure (generally 30 to 40 MPa). At this time, observe the injector's atomization performance.
5. Use an external measuring cylinder to test the fuel injection quantity and oil return quantity.
