CR910 is a diesel fuel injection test bench for common rail solenoid and piezo injectors, common rail pumps, HEUI injectors and EUI/EUP components. It is intended for diesel injection workshops that need to test several fuel-system types on one platform.
The CR910 specification also lists forced cooling, separate rail pipes for injector and pump tests, and a lubricating-oil pump for the cam box.
Available configurations include TU-C or TU-E cam boxes; additional HEUI fixtures; Euro II mechanical pump testing; CAT HEUI actuation pump testing; VP37/VP44; PT injector and pump testing; Cummins HPI Q60/X15; CP4 and Denso HP5/HP6/HP7 pumps; Bosch 4-pin injector accessories; BIP, ZME and AHE functions; and a printer. Multi-injector arrangements for 2, 4, 6 or 8 injectors depend on the selected fixture, control system and flow-sensor package.
