CRS900S diesel injection pump test bench

The CRS900S combines a 12-cylinder mechanical fuel-injection pump test bench with common rail injector and pump testing. The documented standard configuration uses an 11 kW motor and 380 V three-phase power. Common rail measurements are displayed by the control software.

Testing of 12-cylinder Euro II mechanical fuel-injection pumps.
Common rail injector and pump testing with flow-sensor measurements displayed on a computer.
Injector coding functions for Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens applications, subject to supported software data and the specific part number.

Optional test functions

Available options in the product brochure include EUI/EUP cam boxes, a dual-oil HEUI system and fixtures, and 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-injector test configurations. Accessories for selected CP4, Denso HP5/HP6/HP7, VP37/VP44 and PT applications are also listed. These functions require the relevant optional hardware or software and are not included in every CRS900S configuration.
