The Beacon BC-NJ is a common rail injector endurance (running-in) test bench designed for production-line endurance testing of electronically controlled fuel injector assemblies. It runs up to 8 injectors simultaneously under controlled rail pressure and fuel temperature, driven by an 11kW Bosch common rail pump.

• 11kW Common Rail Pump Drive: Oil source generated by a motor-driven Bosch common rail pump for stable high-pressure fuel supply
• 300MPa Max Supply Pressure: Pump-end maximum oil supply pressure up to 300MPa
• 40-50°C Fuel Temperature Control: Precise fuel temperature range maintained by a forced-cooling refrigeration unit
• 0-350MPa Rail Pressure Measurement: High-pressure sensor with 0.5% accuracy for accurate rail pressure monitoring

System Configuration

• Main Drive System: 4Ph-380V-50Hz-11KW motor, speed range 40-1450r/min with matching inverter
• Fuel Supply System: 60-litre tank, self-priming common rail pump, two-stage filtration (200-mesh coarse filter + 5μm high-precision filter)
• Closed Oil Return: Injector return oil filtered and returned to the fuel tank
• Cooling System: Refrigeration unit for forced fuel cooling
• Injector Drive System: 8 electronically controlled injector drive channels
• Control System: Calculates main motor speed from injection set value and sets rail pressure and waiting time

Test Medium & Environment

• Test Medium: ISO4113 standard pump oil or JB-1 standard pump oil
• Operating Temperature: 5-35°C
• Relative Humidity: 20-90% RH, no condensation
• Power Supply: AC 3P-50Hz-380V±10%, three-phase five-wire with proper grounding
